An easy way to measure is to find something like a roof or bar on a flat piece of ground under which you can park the rig. Measure the difference in height between the top of the aircon and the roof/bar and then remove the rig and measure the height to the roof/bar. Subtract the first measurement and you have your rig height.
Now I just have to find such a place!!
