I had the thermostat changed on mine. It did not have the four wire configuration but a phone type plug. I was still in warranty and contacted Duo-Therm and the sent the replacement to the dealer for installation. Some have done the change out themselves. There was a very long thread about 18 months ago, someone probably has this archived.
