Be aware that cable valves are a breakage waiting to happen. Electrics are nice but electric motors...
Either of these need a manual override feature for that fateful day. However, where your valve is buried and the corresponding manual handle will be, access may not be simple. Note, it will be raining the day the valve fails.
Another fix would be to plumb in a valve downstream from the existing valve. On many trailers you can see the drain line close to the main line and within easy reach for a manual valve.
