Austin-- Sorry to hear of your level-up problems. It sounds like LCI(Lippert) took care of you but if you are still having problems, I would give their Customer Service a call and let them know what is happening. The popping sounds is indeed air in the lines and it is moving. There is instructions on the Lippert website as to what to do for this problem. You drain off a quart of the fluid in the reservoir and add a quart of CAT oil to the tank and cycle system numerous times to get the air out of the level-ups and lines. If you go to the Search Engine at the top of the page here on the Forum and key in Popping from landing gear or level-ups you will find multiple posts about this specific problem.
