rubber gloves mineral spirits and a single edge razor blade . wet the surface good use the blade just like ur shaving be very careful not to gouge. wet sand with 600 then 1000 then 1500 then 2000 the finer you go the easier to buff. mine had a lot of fade so I worked it over pretty good with the 600. Mine looks brand new. its the main reason I like fiberglass its a piece of cake to sand and buff.
