The Thetford toilet problems are well documented for MANY years and other Brands of 5er's use them as well and they have the same problems,after all these complaints you would think Keystone and all the other brands would stop using them and Go Dometic...they must be getting them real Cheap,when I bought my 2015 first thing I did was take out the Thetford and throw it in the Dumpster and went Dometic PROBLEM SOLVED
