The dealer must have given you the generic regulator as Montana's don't come with one. They are set to 45 P.S.I. max. They have a smaller passage and the pressure seems to go lower as they age.
That regulator on the RV park;s water supply is a anti-siphon valve, not a pressure regulator.
Get one of the above recommended regulators.
