My brand new 2018 3950BR had issues with that refrig flap...dealer fixed it under warranty. I think it's a fairly common problem with those double-door Norcold frig. And even though the flap got fixed and no more air leaks between the doors, our frig keeps everything real cold (I keep it set on 2 or else milk freezes), but the freezer still won't keep ice cream or bread hard. No problem with ice cubees though...strange.
