We BBQ a lot and got tired of replacing the cheap small $20 propane ones every year, and now have the Q220 and love how it cooks, even smaller whole roasts and chickens on those cheap ribbed aluminum roasting pans.
On ours, at around 70F ambient temp, the inside is around 350 on low, lid closed without any wind.
Also those water/steam BBQ cleaners with a wire brush work great on cast iron grills.
