Sorry for so many questions.

I'm doing wash again and the kitten really wants to get in the cabinet with the washer. Last time I sat on the floor, read a book and pulled her back each time she headed into the cabinet. I'd prefer not to do that each time I do wash. So is it ok to run the washer with the cabinet closed?
