In the great state of California, we are limited to 55 mph if you are towing a vehicle. Semi trucks are limited to 55 also. The California Highway Patrol gets a bit wigged out if they catch you towing at any speed above 62 mph. I usually set my cruise control at 60 mph and don’t worry to much about getting pulled over. If I want to go faster, I flip on my radar detector and let scout ahead for the CHiPs.
