I installed the Mor-Ryde tray in my rv and installed it on 2x6's using L brackets on each side of the boards so as the boards would be stiff. As said this gives me some room underneath for storage also. I have found I don't lose near as much stuff with the sliding tray. Certainly more expensive than do it your self projects in the storage area but I feel this is the best for saving my back as I don't have to overextend myself finding things.
