My 2003 is starting to delaminate also. I am trying the repair tape and will see what happens. I hope to have the same luck as MOBIL. I agree 100% Ozz. Out on the islands is extremely hard on our units. It is a never ending wash, wax, spray, oil, and paint. Let's not forget replacing the cabinet hold-open devices as the springs disintegrate right before your eyes.
PS: FYI, I winter on Mustang Island/Port Aransas for one to two months for the last 4 years and have had the Monty down there every year for at least 10 days since 2003.
