The only way to tell is weigh the rig at each wheel before and after. I think switching the furniture around won't affect things as much as eliminating some or replacing with significantly lighter or heavier stuff. But with most furniture weighing above or below 100 lbs, I don't believe this will be a big problem.
Many other MOCers have done this with success and as long as they stay within the GTWR then it won't be an issue.
