I just went to Lowe's and got an elbow, problem solved. No problems since, I never leave a hose connected to it so I don't have to worry about back flow. And a hose that big should drain easily, if not when I winterize I blow out the lines anyways. Either way is still don't work as well as the one on my last rig.
