There are two smallish markets in Quartzsite where you can get most of the essentials. They do tend to be pricey and run out of product due to the crowds while we are there. 25 miles away in Parker there are two major grocery stores - Safeway and Wal-Mart. There are also grocery stores in Blythe. You won;t have too much trouble getting groceries while camped in Q. Fine dining is another story. Don't expect too much. There are a lot of fast food type places and a handful of sit down restaurants (not white linen tablecloth places though). All of them are adequate at best, and due the crowds in town during the RV show, horribly overcrowded. Unless you eat before 3:30 PM expect a couple of hours wait at the more popular places.

Our experience has been the finest food in Quartzsite is found at the MOC Circle. Frequently the "appetizers" found at Happy Hour surpass anything to be found in town.
