We are attending the Quartzsite Rally in January 2013! We can't wait! However, tonight I am beginning the menu planning and realized I need some help. I have boondocked before so I am familiar with the concept of cooking in the boonies. My creative juices are NOT flowing and my biggest set back is I am not sure what will and what will NOT be available. Can anyone offer suggestions for recipes, types of foods that have worked well for boondocking and where have you grocery shopped if necessary.

We will also be traveling with my parents following us and they like to eat out. So what types of restaurants, if any, are available?
