We bought ours from Camping World Las Vegas 600 miles from us kept a list of things needed and made a appointment when I knew we would be in town they had our coach 2 days fixed everything and gave us a ride to the strip to a great hotel. On two occasions I needed things done before we could get to them they sent me the parts ( a level up pad that fell off and the other a mor Ryde center rubber spring that failed with out any hassle ) I did the repairs my self. I couldn't be more happy with my experience. Wouldnt give a thought to going back to them if we ever get that new Monty feeling again. Oh yes we bought our first Monty local and would never go back to that store again for many different reasons service being the biggest.
