Yes it is possible to replace the floor without removing the slide. I did it and it only took a day by my self.( not everything in the trailer was done but it was fixed) The leak was do to the wide molding on the bottom portion of the slide. I didn't take pictures but I can explain to you how I did it if you PM me and we can then exchange #'s.
