We have one in our Montana. Bought the Montana used and after a couple of trips found the background glass had shattered. I contacted Dimplex to order a replacement and upon checking their records, found it was still in warranty even though I am not the original owner. They shipped it to me and I had it inside of three days. It is rare to find a company that backs it products that seriously, especially glass.
We use ours to take the chill off in the mornings and it does a great job both then and on rainy days. You will most likely have to use your propane to keep your belly area warm. The blower on the fireplace is not strong enough to get the heat up to the ducts under the stairs that lead to the belly of the camper.
