We have a 2007 3400RL and purchased a residential king Sleep Number bed within weeks of taking delivery in July of 2006. Tleep number didn't make RV beds back then. The OEM bed was crap. I had to add a layer of plywood on to the bed base to support it, it is not easy to make the bed because it really fills up the bedroom, but we felt (and still do) that it was worth it. We always reduce the setting to the lowest before travel/storage, and in our rig someone has to lift the end of the bed before completely closing the bedroom slide or it will "crunch" the base cabinet on the sink. I will never own an RV without a Sleep Number bed and have one in my stick house too. The thing I hate most about traveling when not in the RV is I have yet to find a hotel bed anywhere that I sleep as well on as the Sleep Number. Just my $0.02.
