I am not sure what all the differences are. I just like what I have. When the slides are out, it is roomy (6'2" & 250#). I can stand up in the bedroom. The 36" wide rollout tray across the basement holds a lot when organized well. When slides are in we can still use everything but the chest of drawers at the foot of the bed. We just bought what captured our fancy knowing that there will always be newer and fancier right around the corner. Whatever you decide just enjoy it to the max.
