Check any rig, MH, TT, or 5er after a rain. Just about all larger slide toppers will be holding water. I think you will find the fabric isn't stretching, it's just the spring tension on the roller. I'm thinking of doing something this fall when we spend 5 months here in FLA, but for just weekends I don't worry about it.
