I went with the TST 507RV. You have to remove the sender to add air, but that is not a issue. I did add a repeater, only because I double tow and the second trailer would drop out at times.
If you have had 4 blow outs, you need to replace tires or determine why they are blowing. Sensors are not the fix. New tires are.
