Some weeks ago I had a different size Michelin tire fail just driving down the freeway (no towing, no unusual weight) and posted the event in the MOC back in April. It looked like the innards got all screwed up and the tire became out of round (didn't lose any air) and was UNUSABLE. Fortunately, I had a tire warranty from America's tire but it still cost me about $100. I'll have to recheck the datecodes but reading things like this sure make you wonder, hmmmmmm.
