I have done just as bad Moon proposed. I put a Carrier low profile on my 3150 a few years back. I bought the inside diverter that had the controls right on it and didn't have to mess with compatibility of the wall thermostat. The ceiling ducts were blocked from the factory since I didn't order it with 2 A/C's, so I left the blocks alone and just used the diverter assy as it came. Too bad Carrier no longer makes RV A/C's. My low profile near blows ice cubes in the bedroom if you turn it down low enough.
