I just measured each unit and my calculations put me jusssst under 65'. The last time I looked at Va laws 65' was max. I can cut a few inches off of that with a shorter hitch then I have for the little trailer. I would rather double tow then put the cart on top of the truck since it will be over just under 13' not including the roof rack.
