I might be able to help on the oven problem. At our dealership we have discovered that on some stoves the oven knob doesn't push in far enough. Put the oven knob in the pilot light position. Pull the knob off and push the stem in by hand and try to light the oven If it works, stuff a little bit of paper down in the knob and put it back on. Kerry
