How does Texas BBQ compare to Kansas City BBQ? I don't mean which is better, I mean is there a style difference, such as the sauce? I don't like what the east coast passes for BBQ, that mustardy sauce. I like the sweet dark sauce used in KC. Is Texas BBQ like KC or like the east coast?
