Took the Monty to my dealer yesterday to inspect and repack the bearings. Asked them to inspect the brakes and shackles. Went to pick up the trailer and proceeded to hookup. One of the things I always do is to do what I call is a safety pull. After hitching I lock the Prodigy brake controller and check the pin lock. Normally the trailer will lock almost immediately and that is good. But yesterday after they did their thing, I cannot fully lock the brakes by moving the lever. The dealer trid to adjust the controller setting but that did not fix the problem. It just rolls. I think, they need to adjust the trailer brakes first, then set the controller. Any ideas or suggestions? This really bothers me, I am starting to loose confidence in their work!
