Like Ron, I use chock blocks (or even pieces of firewood) to block the wheels until the rig is leveled. I leave them just to be sure I don't forget when it is time to leave. I would hate to retract the levelors and have the trailer slide away on me.

The BAL Chocks (and any other between the wheel type chock) are incompatible with the Level-Up system. Anyone want a set of BAL chocks cheap?
