The circuit breaker for the hydraulic pump is tripping. This is normal when you are in colder temps. The Lippert Level Up owners manual has info for cold temp operation.
If you are in warmer temps, the circuit breaker could be weak and may need to be replaced. It should be an 80 amp auto reset breaker. Some people have used a manual reset breaker that seems to work out better.
