We are putting our rig up for sale. We recently moved into a neighborhood with strict HOA rules about campers. In order to keep it on our property, we would have to build a completely enclosed building. So we have decided that would be too expensive. Like the title says, it is a 2015 3711fl Front living room with residential refrigerator. Due to an unfortunate brain fart on my part, it has brand new plank vinyl flooring through out the kitchen, hallway, and bath. It has slide awnings installed on all slides except the dinning room slide. We still have a transferable warranty good through 03/13/2020. We are asking 58k currently but we do have some room to negotiate.
