Quick follow-up. Turns out the converter was bad. I have read the posts on hear about the poor service issues. Hear is one for the good guys. Yesterday, my dealer replaced my converter in 14 degree weather with 10 inches of snow on the ground in a open air garage. I live 200 miles from this dealer, and based on the information i was able to give them they contacted Montana, got the converter shipped to them under warranty and arranged for me to bring my camper in for replacement. GREAT SERVICE from all!
