We've had the same problem at various areas of our rig for years. It seems like they just didn't get the aluminum far enough under the metal strip that screws the aluminum to the fiberglass walls. I have had to remove enough of the strips to get the aluminum moved higher to finally get it anchored, but our aluminum is just white, not painted with graphics. Your rig is new enough to still be under warranty, so it may be best to get it into a good repair facility.
