I'm still young and handy enough to do it myself and never cared for waiting for a repair truck for hours. It is a BIG reason I hesitate about looking at Class A Motorhomes (and we are looking). I have a big bottle jack and a 4 way. Cash on hand takes care of the replacement tire when we reach a tire shop.
One big advantage of the HC381TH is it has the garage with a ramp for the flat to go into till you can get to the tire shop!!
Although I will admit if DQDick recommends someone, you can absolutely count on them! IF you can't change your own get the number for who he uses.
