There is nothing about the 200/2:00 rule that says you can't plan your stop. You just plan it for the spot 200-300 miles down the road rather than 600-700 miles. It took me awhile to decide to "hang up my spurs" and avoid the saddle sores.
By-the-way, I still have my dad's spurs from the time he was a genuine cowboy and ranch foreman.
