Be careful about assuming what is covered and what isn't. For example, the transmission may be covered, but if it's cooler line, it might not. That is an excellent point. My bumper-to-bumper runs out in less than 2,000 more miles. Even though the drive train would be covered for longer I would feel more comfortable having it fixed prior to 36,000 miles.
