Had the same problem with my QUEST surround sound system. I fought the dealer, and they fought with me, for Keystone to just give me a credit to bo and buy what I want, would have it though. The did replace it, and it still sucks. I talked to a few other MOC members, and they ended up just replacing it. You can get a nice Panasonic system for about $200, thats what I am going to do first when i get my unit out of storage for next season.
As far as the other stuff, problems at all.
