Luci and Ricky ... I've been following this thread for awhile and wow, you've certainly had more than your fair share of problems.

However, from this last post I'd say your dealer is just putting bandaids on your problems and it's time to call (NOT email) Keystone and calmly but firmly tell them the problems you've had with your unit, tell them your dealer stinks and ask them what they can do for you. What have you got to lose?
