Dometic thermostat will not work with the faceplate on.
I can make our thermostat work just fine with the plate off. even going from Degrees C to F
The second the cover is put back on it goes from AC fan high to furnace.
The buttons do not work when the faceplate is in place. The kicker is, both of them are acting the same.
