Dan and Carol, we have many members towing with essentially the same truck as you. The Cummins will do a solid job for you in my estimation. I agree with the others about rear sag. If yours have it, airbags or additional springs are a solution. If it were me I'd not do anything until I could see if there's a need. You may or may not need the airbags.
