Phil, our tv is behind the fireplace, which Paul had to remove. It was the only way we could get the tv out, but The fireplace is not hard to remove. Lippert left a broken off drill bit in the part that lifts the tv and it should have had a cotter pin in it. The drill bit went only about 1/2 way through, so instead of getting it out they just left it. Sounds familiar, doesn't it.
