Lynwood is right, especially when it comes to tank and plumbing systems. My tanks gate valves are not buried and impossible to reach, they are exposed and right there in the convenience center. Of course most new owners of MH's in the 35-40' range deal with other issues, some of which the manufacturer could do better at.
