Up until last month I had no opinion of Keystone's customer service. I was fortunate in that I didn't have any issues that required warranty work. All the issues I had were ones i could take care of myself. Last month we dropped the rig at dealer to investigate what I suspected was frame flex. Long story short Keystone agreed to pay for the fix 2 years out of warranty. I absolutely didn't expect any support from Keystone much less complete coverage of the repair but my pocket book is very happy and while I wasn't considering Keystone for my next rig they have made it back on my list.
