Bert, someone posted awhile back that when Keystone was alerted to that statement in the owners manual they pulled it out of the newer manuals. I've not checked ours to see if it has it or not. All I know is when I asked Keystone they said do not use them. Other than that I guess it is a judgment call. I won't use them on ours. Too much potential for damage and that would not be covered by warranty. If there's a problem from NOT using them, then I would think warranty would cover that.
