We had the same problem on our slide that is operated by a cable.. it would stop half way and we would hear a click. They checked the circuit breakers, fuses... Dealership advised that the incorrect motor had been installed based on the weight..(it was the kitchen side which is the heaviest).. fixed under warranty, no problems reported so far.
