Just for some clarification on numbers - the results will be swayed quite a bit given that:

Up until 2005, only 2 Montana models of the ~12 available models actually were provided with W/D hookups
After 2005, only 2 Montana models of the ~12 available models were designed to accept stackable units. The remaining models only are/were designed for combo units
I do not know the history of Cambridge and Big Sky, but assume the Cambridge always had room for the stackable units, and Big Sky had similar design limitations to the Montana as they do now

Other than fun numbers - the percentages are inconclusive.
