Pull the drawer out as far is it will go. On the one with the little bit of clearance, use a coat hanger with a little hook to pull up or push down on the little tab. Only a little bit of pressure is needed. At the same time pull forward, just a little on the drawer. Keep pressure on it and release the opposite side. The drawer should slide out. To replace, push both tracks back in as far as they will go and align the drawer and push it back. The locking tabs will click in place.

Just a thought!
