Most?all? water heaters have a switch on the heater itself, is this on? Is there a switch inside the rig, is it on? Check the fuse panel too.

Mine also has a reset button at the heater. You did not indicate age, the electric heater elements don't last forever, not hard to replace, they do last longer if the tank is flushed a couple of times a year.
